Happy Memorial Day! We spent it with friends having a bbq. Then a trip to L&D capped it off nicely.

What? Why did I end up in L&D? Because Cate decided not to move. All day. And I didn’t realize it until last this afternoon.

Everything is fine, she’s a champ in there. And of course, once I got hooked up to all the monitors she started hopping around..the nurse said she was probably excited to hear her heartbeat. Anyway, so everything is fine. I didn’t have any internal or anything since I wasn’t having any contractions (I had one pretty severe Braxton Hicks this morning that I actually had to breathe my way through but otherwise nope) except one mild BH while I was being monitored. The baby did beautifully through that (no drop in heartrate or anything) so I was there about an hour and a half.

So I have my next OB appt on June 4th (a week from today) and we have an ultrasound that day too. 5 weeks left. Holy Cow!

Good reason to wait until the *Series* Finale for a show and then rent and watch it ALL AT ONCE. And now, we have to wait until February? Seriously. A new show you want to watch? Just wait..wait until it’s all over and then watch it all at once. Because this? IS TORTURE.
